I don't know if you remember me, but I talked with you on the phone
over Thanksgiving holiday to custom design a mat for the office space
at our vacation home. It is an unusual shape, and difficult to
measure, since it didn't fit perfectly into the pre-set shapes, I drew
it out and faxed you my order. I ordered it, left the home, and just
returned to the mat in our garage. So, I warmed it up, by keeping it
in the house overnight.
I just unrolled the mat... and it is perfect! Thanks so much for
helping me solve this difficult problem. I can roll around in my
office chair with ease, not rolling on carpet, or compromising the
space by putting several standard mats in the space.
I am SO thrilled and excited about your product, and that it was cut
perfectly for my office space.

Here you go,
Over the past two years our company has had to replace our chair mats every three months due to cracking,costing us in excess of $500.00. Tired of going to the national chain of office supply stores and buying flimsy chair mats we decided we enoughis enough. So we started researching heavy duty chair mats via the internet. As with anything on the internet you have to be careful. I contacted the mat store and the customer service was outstanding, they answered every question I had and those answer were very detailed. I decided to order two chair mats and see what happened. The end result was right on the money. The mats arrived when they said they would, the instructions on how to properly let the mat takes it shape were as advertised, and after 3 months, NO CRACKS!!!! and the mat is in perfect shape. This saved me 45.00 dollars and gas money to go pickup another mat. All I can say is USE THE MAT STORE!!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

It's been right at two years since we spent slightly over $400.00 for 2 custom cut chair mats of the Classic Vinyl Style Material, studded (.220 - approx 1/4 in. thick). They were beautifully cut exactly to my specification to fit our two offices. I have to admit, it seemed like quite a bit of money at the time. However, today they still look and preform like new. Great product. I bet they hold up for at least ten more years, I'm glad I didn't waste my money on the cheap mats.

The mat arrived Wednesday. As recommended, I gave it plenty of time to warm up and unroll. And, although it did need a little help with the unrolling part, it's now in place and fits perfectly.
I know that the shape was unusual, hence the missing "I" and "J" measurements. However, I greatly appreciate the fact that someone (I can't remember his name - sorry) from your shop called to confirm the unique measurements to ensure the mat was cut correctly.
Thanks again. You'll definitely be my first choice the next time I need a custom cut mat.

flat. You might be able to set it out in the sun in Texas, but in Washington in October things don't get very warm. So we
tried a hair dryer, space heater, and finally - what worked best - a heating pad!! Just thought you might like to know. And

False alarm on my part, when mat arrived I opened one end of the shipping box and looked at one the the sides that was
beveled instead of looking total thickness throughout the rest of the chair mat. I have un-rolled the mat as per your
